This device covers my open space kitchen and living room with scent and the customer service is amazing. I lost the plastic key than locks the oil container and after contacting customer service a year and a half after my purchase they will send me a spare key no questions asked. Great purchase!

I decided to wait to write a review on this machine until I gave it some time. The machine itself works great! It is easy to set up and use. The machine works great and making my home smell great! I would definitely recommend this machine and I would without a doubt, purchase another kevinleo product.
I was looking for an affordable and also reliable HVAC diffuser and Jcloud kept coming up. I was initially having issues with the install. But their customer service was very responsive and was able to resolve my issue quickly. Now my entire home has a subtle amazing aroma all the time. I love it.
It puts out a ton of scent and is incredibly efficient with the oil it uses. It's a very aesthetic looking machine and is easy to use once you have it figured out. Had to contact customer support for something and they were incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.
